Refund & Cancellation Policy


Please note that all sales of sale items (those displaying a reduced price) and all sales with international shipping are final. No exchange or Credit Note will be offered against purchases and the conditions set out below will not apply.

If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned for exchange or Credit Note, provided that they are returned to us in unused condition within 14 days of receipt by you.

In the case of order cancellation, 30% amount will be deducted at the time of refund.


Email: quoting your order number within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Items can be exchanged as long as the items are returned in an unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. Shipping fees if charged cannot be refunded.

Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.

We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned to us in the same condition they were in when delivered to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.


Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange.

The new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received by us and checked.


We have a no refund policy. We provide credit notes in case you do not wish to purchase any item in exchange immediately on return. The provided credit note will have a validity of 12 months from the date of issue.


Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at Photokom take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting about the fault.

Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received. If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will receive a credit note to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
